What is an equivalent of AP/Honours?
I'm applying for the SATs at international school outside the US, and its asking me if I have AP/Honours in my subjects... no idea what that means but i've been studying most of them for nearly 6 years now, is this equivalent?

no, it's not neccesarily equivalent. if you need to report AP/ honors I would ask whatever administration that asked for it what the equivalent will be in your education system.

AP stands for Advanced Placement. In many US Schools, someone who has an AP course gets equivalent credit for the 101 version of that class. Though unlikely, it is possible to start University a semester ahead of most people if you have done well in enough AP classes and passed the tests.
