I am trying to figure out what size of spandex to get because i have never got them before. So if i wear a size 7 in pants what size of spandex would i need?

Size 7 is my size also and I also go for a Medium. If you want them to be not quite so tight, you could also try a large. It all depends on the clothing itself. Different companies often size things slightly different even though the tag says the same size.

I wear a size 7 too. If you mean like tights or leggings, a medium usually fits best.
