is this enough exercise?
in the morning i ride an exercise bike for around 18-20 Min's then do sit ups, squats, these leg things i call them the scissors haha and push ups
then later int he day i do more sit ups and star jumps and squats
is this enough??
oh and somtimes though not on holidays which im in now i do sport because of school and dancing

Yeah that is great ...keep it up. Once you feel like 20 is easy then add another 5 mins to that> I started at 20 mins aerobic exercise every second day..then gradually over 6 weeks I got it to 30 then 35 and now I do 40 mins. Now I do that everysecond day and then on alternative days I go for 2x20mins walks one in the morning and one in the evening. That kind of mixes things up so I dont get so bored. I find it's enough exercise to help me lose weight. I lost 5 kilos so far.
Exercise is enough for you when your body tells you its enough. That is why when it starts to feel easy its our body saying it wants more exercise. that is when you decide to add more exercise to your routine. Your body will always tell you how it feels so just listen to what is right for you.
Experts say we all just need to do 30 mins a day to maintain a healthy body. I think 60 a day like caitlyn says is too much. Not everyone wants to be an Olympic gold medalist lol

Your doing great! 30 minutes is the minimum time a day that people should exercise so that's great keep up the good work! :-) I'm actually doing a body fit class where we work on squats and abdominals and everything right now in college!

it depends on how much you eat
and cardiovascular work outs are really good for you maybe go for a run in the morning
get atleast 60 mins of constant exercise a day
