First and foremost you should be proud of yourself for making the effort to lead a healthy life. But your question really depends on what your goal is: to lose weight, maintain your weight, or gain weight. With that in mind though, you may want to include more healthy fats (avocado, fish, flax, etc) in your diet. Also, eating smaller meals more frequently is supposed to be more beneficial for our bodies. So instead of eating three big meals, try to eat 4-5 smaller meals throughout the day.
