Can I find a person's location by researching their email address?
An acquaintance of mine was getting harassed by an unwanted email er, so her teen aged son did some research and found the locality and the street name of the offending email er.

You can trace the originating IP address, They are found in the Headers of an email. Then you Open a website called a DNS Tracker and enter the Originating IP address. This can even sometimes the home address of the sender.
