What is this font, or a similar font?

I'm a graphic design student/intern and I am redesigning this logo from scratch but I need to use the original font in the pic or at least something very similar, but since it's a jpeg I can't determine the font that was used, and I can't find it in the list of fonts on my computer. If you recognize the font, or can suggest anything that looks similar that's be awesome, thanks! :D

Its very easy if you have photo shop. Just select the text after typing it in using the text tool. And then press the down arrow till the required font comes. This sounds strange. But it works.

Looks like Cloister Black and they outlined and modified. If you have the CoralDraw program, it comes with a fab set of fonts. Link below of a free TT (scroll to the bottom of the page)

Look for Old English Text MT. It looks very similar to that one, only a little more decorated.
