How to get birth certificate?

I was born in Quebecc, but raised in US and I am USA citizen I lost my Birth ceritificate over two years with struggle to where I can apply however I am nowhere to find... How can I apply for a candian birth ceritificate and I am USA citizen?

Please excuse my lousy English, I need some help fast!

Update:

I did send the canadian request but they denied my claim. I tried that!

    Send a request to Quebec, where you were born. A government office there should have a copy.
