Which PS3 game should I get?

I want a new game, I find myself playing way too much Nazi Zombies. I am thinking of either Crysis 2 or Dead Space 2. If someone has played both please give me some direction. I have CoD:BO, Killone3, Dragon Age 2, LBP2, etc. Please just recommend newer games. I love FPS, but I also like RPG, RTS ... pretty much any genre.

Update:

Probably getting DS2, does it have replay value? And @Rnard don't worry I am 22 ;).

Crysis 2 , the graphic are just great but the gameplay was too easy IMO , i finished it in 7 hours. Also in my opinion they need more weapon varieties.

DS2 : violent, very you like horror blood go play this one. but dont let your parents see you.

Dead space 2 have replay value in term of difficulty bro. so you can just repeat the same level with different difficulties and you may found something you havent found yet in your previous run

If you love FPS, then definitely go the best graphics in any game on any console right now... Killzone 3!! There is currently no other game with better gameplay and especially eye-popping amazing graphics!

DS2 is nice but KZ3 has the most replay value due to Warzone (KZ3's online mode, where you can play hundreds of hours without feeling bored). Plus, KZ3 gets new DLC maps for multiplayer every month or so.

Source(s): I own Killzone 3 along with all the others games mentioned above and a few dozen others.
