What movie is it, where someone is in a classroom...?

where someone is in a classroom or someplace like that and he's watching the clock and in his mind the clock goes backwards? Comedy, of course

Update:

Thanks for the reply, but it's not 3 Oclock high. The person wants the bell to ring or the time to arrive, but his anticipation makes him feel like the clock is going backwards.

Update 2:

Not "Death" either, although I had to look at that movie on IMDB and that looks interesting. I may need to check that one out.
