    Income Tax: $187

    CPP: $62

    EI: $25

    Net Pay: $1111

    You claim the property taxes in the same area that you claim the rent. The year I did that, I needed to provide receipts to CRA for these expenses (it must be unusual to claim both), so keep the receipts handy. Also, I'd do the return both with and without the rent/property taxes, since, depending on your income level, there may not be an advantage to claim it. It it isn't to your advantage, then I wouldn't claim it.
