Will it surprise u if WWE doesn't treat Undertaker as 1st Ballot Hall of Famer in the future?
A 1st Ballot Hall of Famer is someone who enters HOF 1 year after their career ends (like Eddie or HBK). So people like Austin, Bret, and Hogan who entered HOF more than 1 year after their retirement wasn't a 1st Ballot HOFer as much as it pains me to say it.
Now, will it surprise u if WWE doesn't treat Taker like they did Eddie & HBK? Latest rumor has it Taker might go till WM 30, that means 2014.
Say he retires in 2014, will it be shocking if WWE doesn't induct him right away in 2015 but wait 5 or 10 year and induct him in say 2020? Or 2024? Or 2025?

I would be p*ssed off, but I think we'll get a big clue if that WrestleMania & HoF just 'happens' to be in Texas or more specifically Huston, Texas.
But I will be extremely surprised. It just makes no sense at all to wait.

I can see 2 ways in which Taker is NOT a First Year Inductee-- or First Ballot as you say
1. He is injured... not unlike in the last half of 2010, and he is shelved due to injury.. and as such misses a Mania... then the injury turns out to be too severe for him to return to the ring --It'd be a technicality.. but he'd still not meet the definition
2. he retires at/after 28.. But Vince wants to use Taker's HoF as a trump card for Mania 30

It would suprise me i mean if you put shawn after one year why not do it to the undertaker. To me Undertaker deserves to be hall of famer and one year after would be perfect
