well what i can tell you from my experience when i was 9 years old i went to the u.s i learned the language pretty fast and i speak english like if i was a native american, i always enjoyed being around with americans. i guess is because kids don´t have to worry much about getting a new job from a different country, kids only have fun, they go to school, they make friends. they don´t have to worry about important things in life like having a job, getting money, support your familiy etc. they live in a world full of fantasies. do you know what i mean? adults needs to work, get money, they get to have more responsabilities, they meet new people and sometimes adults can be much meaner then kids.

for example. if a kids goes to a school from another country, he would make friends pretty fast. will go to school, have friends, chat with them etc. they don´t have to worry about getting a job and having a boss from another country. besides kids are experimenting in this world so anything new that they see they love it!.

because an adult has lived so many experiences and have gone through so many adaptions when he/she was young, that now the adult is adapted and his/her life is sustained by a particular way of living. If that particular way of living that they formed through their experiences is changed or broken, the adult has to adapt to his/her new life again

now, a kid is a person who is used to changes, the kid, since he/she was born, has had to adapt to life as he/she could, for example, when they were born they had to adapt to a new life outside an uterus, they had to adapt to a life when not everything is gaven to him immediately,
