please help...internet purchasing?

yeah, a few questions underneath

1. can ebay ship from u.s. to china (please provide some detail if you know)

2. can you have an online account with having a legit atm card?

3. can i person under 18 have an atm card?

    Question 1 Shipping depends on the seller... not e-bay.

    Question 2 all you really need is a Paypal account... but it is a great asset to have a checking account to link to Paypay for verification as well.

    Question 3 Yes... but really is not an issue in this matter as I don't believe anyone under 18 can get an E-bay account or Paypal account anyway.
