Hair Dye Help, please ?

Hi !

I've just bleached my hair to white (blocks) and dyed over it with la riche' directions neon blue, which is so dark it won't show up in my hair and as far as I know, they don't have any blue dyes that will be any lighter than that. I'm going to wait until It's washed out and then re-dye it a better blue, but I don'yknow what to use. Does anyone know of some electric blue or a turquoise-ish blue dye that you can buy over the internet? (as permanent as poss. please or I'll end up with white or green streaks :D)

    Go for the Aqua Rush kit if you're wanting to do something super bright. They also have other shades of blue if you're not into it. I have dyed my hair black sooo many times and somehow this bleach *already included in the kit* gets it the color it needs to be to get the desirable results!
