I want to get gauges but...?
I need to convince my mom. i want gauges but i want to just get them the size where if i want them to close they will... i dont want some crazy size.
Just wanna get info.. so like what size can i go up to ?

Gauge is a unit of measurement. Like metre, mile, gallon, or kilo.
Ears that have been stretched are are called STRETCHED LOBES and the main kind of jewelry that goes in to them are called PLUGS.
There is no guarantee that any size will close. My friend got her ears pierced in 1985 at around 10g and the holes have never closed.

Plugs. They're called plugs. Gauge is a form of measurement. You should be able to go up to a 0 just fine with them being able to return back to normal.

Most people can go up to a 0 and they will Still shrink back to normal. But everyone is different. I would go up to a 2 to be on the safe side.

you can go up to 10 mm and they can still shrink back , its a decent size for some n ice plugs but be warned that they smell and addictive , its hard to stop! lol

You can go up to size zero, youll be able to put a pencil through your ear, barely
