What makes "Friends With Benefits" different from "No Strings Attached"?

Because to me it's the same story just with a different female from Black Swan.

    The casts are different. BTW, if you were a watching of "That 70's Show," wouldn't it have been interesting if they'd cast Mila Kunis with Ashton Kusher in "No Strings Attached," and put Natalie in the other one?
