How can I fix a computer that has slowed down dramatically?
Yes, I know this is a very basic computer question, but I have not all those things like defragging, etc. in many years. Can you give me a list of ways to speed up my PC or tell me where to go to get the info? Your help is GREATLY appreciated.

Some great programs to run to check for adware/spyware, registry errors, etc. are as follows:

One option is to upgrade your internet plan . Another option is how I increased my download speed by cleaning up my registers. I use a utility program I found and run it every morning for 1 minute and it works wonders. I have included the link in my resource box below. Good luck!
