What adhesive for Polyethylene & PVC?

I need to glue PVC to my Polyethylene shed and I can't find anything that will hold. Any recommendations out there that actually work.

I've tried Liquid Nails, Gorilla Glue, PVC Cement, &Silicone....with no luck

I don't want to drill into the shed for a bracket of any kind.

Glue/adhesive suggestions only.

    Greetings,

    Try Loctite's PL it will work on a variety of dissimilar materials, and I have used it for Polyethelene to PVC before.
