how long will it be until the US votes in a Muslim president?

I think it will be a very long time.

Muslims today are a very small fraction of the US population, and many people fear & hate them. Just by the logic of numbers, I think this means that it will be many decades before any Muslim presidential candidate can win enough votes from non-Muslims -- especially American Catholics and Protestants, who together are a majority of the population.

JFK's election in 1960 and Barrack Obama's election in 2008 were breakthroughs, but Catholics made a big percentage of the voters when Kennedy won, and African-Americans although a minority still are a large US minority today.

That suggests to me that unless the Muslim fraction of the electorate increases, Muslim presidents are out of the question for right now. Similarly with Jewish presidents, even though Jews are very well accepted in many parts of American society despite their small numbers.

At the rate we are going about 12 years. Right now the republicans are going to win for a couple of terms. When they create the slave class they are starting to create now then they will leave the country and take their fortune with them,(it is in foreign bank anyways) and then the muslims will take over. A lot of people will not even know how to read.

Is learning to read and write a civil right/human right? You bet. Just think, job applications, The Bible, Just those two things are a right. A job is the difference between living or die. Who will take the right from someone to read the Bible or to live. Republicans, that is who. Are they lovers of God, or lovers of money?

In some states it is against the law to collect rain water. Why? Because water is privatize and the system of distribution belongs to a corporation. So all waters must run to their system when it falls. If you are cut you have to pay a fine not to the state but to the corporation. So, as you can see, the government in that state is NOT the government of the people and by the people.

Don't we already have a muslim president? Maybe thats why he doesn't want to show his birth certificate because it says muslim on it.

I wouldn't hold my breath.

Despite our alleged desire for fiscal responsibility, we are still uncomfortable with the idea of a Jewish president.

That is an alarming disparity.
