Pregnancy question: How long after people told you that you've "dropped" did it take until you had the baby?

Did how long it took change with each pregnancy? Did you appear to drop earlier by the third pregnancy?

    I dropped VERY early with my first baby... i can't remember exactly but it was a good few weeks before my due date... and i ended up going 18 days over with her.... with my second i dropped a few weeks before he was due.. and he was born the day after his due date.... with this one, no drop yet, but i am only 28 weeks :D

    I dropped about 3-4 weeks before i had my son at 40 weeks

    I dropped 1 month before I had my son . It's different with everyone . My friend didn't drop until her water broke .

    Forever! Weeks and weeks! I hoped that it meant something with the second one, but it didn't. It was 6+ weeks with both.
