A small amount of salt water? No. A large amount, yes, it could cause an electrolyte disturbance and kill you.
Edit: Sorry, I misunderstood, are you trying to induce vomiting? Yeah, you really shouldn't do that.

Being sick is a natural reaction to irritants in the stomach. If you're not feeling nauseous, then the reasons for inducing nausea are usually in your head. If you've eaten something you shouldn't, get on the phone to poison control or 911 IMMEDIATELY and don't try to induce vomiting! If you feel like you've eaten too much and want to get rid of it, then you have a psychological problem that needs attention immediately also.
I'd not recommend salt and water, not kitchen salt. Epsom (Andrews or similar) salts can be used as an emetic, but if you go to a pharmacy to buy it, be prepared to be asked why.
If you want to skive off school or work, just remember that questions put on the internet, whether here or elsewhere, are out there permanently, deleted or not. Be careful.

Not sick in the get out of school way - you won't be puking and fine a short while later, but sick in the "mess up your heart rate and brain function kind of way" - - so please don't do it.
