Does anyone find it weird that the second best QB from the 2000 NFL draft may have been...?
...Marc Bulger, another 6th-round pick? Having one great player in the late rounds is normal. Having two is just weird. How did the teams screw it up this badly?
(Note that Chad Pennington was also from that draft in the first round. He might be better than Bulger, hence the "may have" in the question.)

I still think 1994 was more shocking. The first rounders were 3rd overall pick Heath (bust) Shuler and 6th pick Trent Dilfer. However Kurt Warner and Jeff Garcia went undrafted.
And no, Dilfer wasn't better than Garcia. If Jeff was on that Ravens team he would have also won it all except that he wouldn't have been cut right after winning the Super Bowl.

Marc Bulger was not a bad qb i did not know he was drafted in the 6th round until last night.

Pennington and Bulger could have been better than they were had they not had injury problems.

Please tell me what Marc Bulger ever did.After he replaced Kurt Warner I don't
remember The Rams doing much while Warner resurrected his career.Maybe
St.Louis kept the wrong one.
