Legal papers need for Principle to sign in order for me to drive my siblings to and from school?

Hey! So I was under the impression that in California you are allowed to drive your siblings even if you haven't had your license for a year, guess not. I was wondering if there was anywhere I could find a paper for my principle to sign that says I can drive my siblings to and from school, because he said he needs some sort of actual document instead of just a note. But I looked all over the DMV site and can't find anything.

    Your principal's opinion doesn't trump the state traffic law.
