what's your stress dream?

People yelling out chants or stare at me that's like my everyday life In the real world seriously don't wanna be friends with those people, what stresses me unwanted people In my neighbors and community whenever I get stress I either walk or bike I don't ever use my anger In retaliation or violence or create an argument best to walk away from the whole crowd or the whole town, the dream of stress can lead to nightmares seriously.

I am hanging the clothes outside on a laundry line...jets zoom over head...air sirens go off and I run inside in time to see the emergency channel go on and an evacuation bullitin go off. I get in my car and start to drive out of town and I start to drive on the 5 freeway in California. As I pass a stretch of elevated freeway, it falls away. Cars go off the end and people are screaming. Then the sea begins to flood everything. That's when I wake up. Ironically- I had this dream before the movie 2012 came out. When I saw the movie...I moved out of California!

My mothers crack head, brain-dead,ex-boytoy getting out of prison and coming back to (a) beat me up again (b) kill me or (c) just creep out the entire dream with his mere presence.

I have asked a doctor about this. I was told it comes from trauma. Traumatic experiences. I had these kind of dreams for 5 years. Still do once in a while. Gawd I hope I dont have one of em when I finally lie down to sleep later. (sigh) Im 30 years old and I still dread sleep and those dreams. ....and his sorry @zz.

But yea Ive had the teeth dreams too! hehe wow! Those are crazy! But I didnt know those were stress dreams. Didnt realize they come from simple stress. Interesting. Thanks.

When I'm trying to find a way out of a building, but all the doors and windows are locked. And then I find this one open door or window with someone standing in the way, and I tell them to move and try to shove them aside, but they can't hear me or feel my presence, as if I did not exist :(

I dream about dying, or one of my family members dying, or my teeth falling out.

I have a Math test & I can't solve any of the problems ... you would think a few years into graduation would cure that but NO it never goes away >_>

Being sucked into a twilight movie with no escape. I need help.
