Has anyone had problems moving from A/L TO Santander Bank?how to solve it?thay aredriving me nurs?

I'm having problems with them too and my sister moved last year because they couldn't get a new debit card out to her and I can't get a cheque book. They have messed up a direct debit for me and an insurance I thought was being paid monthly hasn't been and I set up a transfer from my A/L business account to my A/L personal account and it wasn't paid sending my personal account OD. The problem is that you here bad things about all of the banks so if you switch which one do you go to? As for solving problems with A/L I am at a loss!

They messed up big time on a direct debit on my current account but wouldn't correct it. I moved to Halifax. Santander might have offered me the £100 payment that new customers are offered, but a seperate Santander credit card I have was also messed up badly. They admitted their computer lost the information to collect payment, so didn't take any money. Then accused me of being a bad payer. Not true! They had been told 3 times the information they needed.Grrrr.
