My 6mo. old completely changed?
Last week my son slept through the night for 5 days in a row...Then all of a sudden he woke up screaming on the 6th night and wouldn't go back to sleep no matter what I did. Then on the 7th night he didn't fight me (just fed) but he woke up 3 times! Then last night it was 2 times but he slept in til 9. Is this normal? I feel like I am doing something wrong...He has two sometimes 3 long naps during the day and he eats lots... Am I overreacting? Has this happened to you?

Totally normal! It will happen all the time, when they have a growth spurt, when they teeth, when they reach a new developmental milestone! :D nothing to worry about, it will settle, my son usually has 2 or 3 days of odd routine whenever something new is going on with him :) I've heard of some babies that take a week to get back into a routine.

Yes, this is totally normal. He is just switching up his routine a little and will soon settle down. It always seems that as soon as they settle into a schedule, it ends up changing a couple of weeks later.
Waking up in the night crying and not going back to sleep... That sounds like he is complaining about something. Maybe he had some teething pain or some other type of discomfort. I am not one to give pain killers at the first sign of a cranky baby but if nothing else works, there might be some pain involved.
A baby at 6 months is perfectly capable of sleeping through the night without getting up for a feeding. It is out of habit or he's just looking for some comfort to put him back to sleep.
If I were you, I wouldn't be offering food in the middle of the night, especially since he's proven to you that he can sleep through the night just fine.
Good luck finding your way. Dealing with babies involves a lot of trial and error. I'm sure you will find something that works for you and him.

normal, my son did that too. he still does. i noticed the more food i feed him during the day the better her sleeps at night. and the days i give a bath before bed he will sleep all night. if he was really active during the day crawling walking, he sleeps pretty good. good luck. and yeah it's normal. just have patience. what ever you do, don't turn on the tv or light at night try to make it as boring as you can or else he will think that it's time to play.
