Can anyone help me with this?! please?!?

Hi.

My son is a pretty good sleeper...Not quite sleeping through the night yet but he is doing it more and more often. He is 6 months old.

Now it is jsut starting to become warmer (springtime) and I'm wondering what to let my child sleep in.

In the winter because I hate having the heat on too much at nighttime I would put him in a bunting bag type thing around his full sleeper and he had a blanket overtop. ( He has to sleep with his blankie in his hands) But now as it warms up how do I change over without him being too hot or too cold? And should I use a humidifier? When? I don't have air conditioning so when should I start using the fan? Should I leave the door open to keep it even with the house?

Thanks

when my son was 8 months it was the beginning of spring and i remember letting him sleep in cozy pajamas, pants and a long sleeve shirt, with his blanket. as summer came and it got unbearably hot outside, he literally slept in his diaper and no blanket. as for the fan.. i never put the fan directly on my son, i would point it in the oposite direction of his bed and it would still circulate the air in the room. and a humidifier, i donno, my doctor told me to just use that if you have 'dry air' in your house, and spring time is usually pretty damp.

My youngest daughter is 11 months and since the weather has gotten a little warmer she sleeps in a t-shirt and sweatpants for now since we have had a chilly spring so far. Just base what you chose on the temperature outside. With the fan, i have already had to use one in both of my girls rooms, just on low, because we are all on the top floor so it gets warmer up here. During the day i open my windows and the front door and slide the window down on the screen door. That way it keeps the house at a comfortable temperature. Don't stress over it too much :D Just go with what you think is right.

Relax! :D Just dress him in slightly warmer clothes than you wear for whatever the temp. is. Don't worry about a humidifier unless it's a dry climate....and then, it's nothing to worry about, but I know I would use a humidifier just to ensure he was comfy.
