She is definitely feeling shy and not able to express her feelings. You just console her. You ask her questions in a way that there are only yes or no answers. Ask politely and get conclude your self. When she is silent, you have to talk to brake the silence. Get closer by talking to her, rather wasting time in putting questions in Y!
