'06 Road King whistleing noise?

i bought a used road king custom and at 32 mph a whistling noise occurs that keeps getting louder as the speed increases, it's driving me nuts, and my buddies riding next to me can hear it too. i asked the previous owner about it and he said he spent weeks trying to find it then gave up. i have been using masking tape on all the little areas that could act as a reed in a woodwind instrument to no avail. has any body else experienced this and did you find it. ask friends who have harley road kings and see what they say

The usual culprit is something aftermarket. I'd remove any add-ons one by one until the whistler is flushed out.
