how can i increase my internet speed?

By getting faster internet through your ISP (like Comcast, AT&T, or Verizon).

The only way that a customer (you) are able to increase your Internet speeds is to purchase more bandwidth. There settings to increase/decrease bandwidth on customer equipment should not be on the customer's modem.

Actually making internet faster is not in our hand...

i will give u a process from where u can make your internet speed fast by 20%

1)go in run and type"GPEDIT.MSC" (excluding " " )

2)and,u c there "COMPUTER CONFIGURATION" click that

3)and on right side u c the option of"ADMINISTRATOR TEMPLETE".. click that

4)and clicking the next u can see there option of "NETWORK" click that

5)next you can c "QOS packet SHEDULER" click that.

6)and on clicking you can c the "LIMIT RESERVABLE BANDWIDTH" click that

7)and u tick on"ENABLE"

8)at last in bandwidth limit %(make it 0) renaming 20%

and click on ok
