Where do file compaint about Resume Corner writers (Resumecorner.com)?

Question

requested a resume writing service from ResumeCorner.com and I was told that it will take 8 or 9 Business days.well, guess what ? after a month i haven't got anything and i paid $179 !!!! i even had to take my old CV for an important interview and after a month the writer gave me some lame excuse. no apology or no proper explanation.my guess is they were busy with other rush orders that they just ignored mine. i had to ask for a refund.i will see if it will take them another month to refund.Now i really want to file a complaint where do i do that??? i am really really sad and mad !!

where are you and where are they?

are you kidding, you paid $179.00 to have some internet site "write" your resume'.........

if the company is legitimate it can take 30 to 60 days for a credit to show up on your credit/debit card account.....

if they are not legitimate they now have all your background information and a credit card number..... does the word SCAM mean anything to you?
how about phishing and identity theft?

you may want to contact the folks at IC3, it is the internet crime section of the FBI and a few state law enforcement agencies that deal with this type of crime.

i am not saying that this was fraud although i would not doubt it, most of the links on their website don't work and the ones that do go to a website from 2004......  a SCAM or a shabbily run business,

if it is a legitimate business you complain to them and see if they honor their guarantees, 
if they don't then you can report them to the BBB (they are just a reporting agency they have NO enforcement powers)

They did my resume and the work was outstanding. After my initial resume, they also did updates for me several times. I also sent a lot of my friends to their service and all of them were very happy. Overall, the service has been consistent. I am sure the issues asked by the questioner may have been resolved by now.
