what is something you wish you could forget? and what is something you wish you were better at?

I dont want to forget anything at all as remembering gives me grist for my learning mill and i want to be alive not in a stupour - I wish that I were better at putting up boundaries.

there's nothing i want to forget coz i can learn from it.i wish i better at singing,dancing,swimming,etc
