I'm a 17 yrs old girl going to London alone this summer, any suggestions? PLZ?

hi i'm 17 and i'm going to london for the Central saint martins summer courses. for around a month.

i'm going alone and staying at one of the student halls- is this dangerous for a teen girl? and is it easy to make friends there? i would certainly like somebody to show me around and to hang with- it's my first time there.

You'll easily make friends with the people who you are staying in student halls with. I wouldn't suggest attempting to make friends with strangers out and about.. I also wouldn't suggest wearing clothing that is too revealing if you're out on your own or haven't made any friends yet, very bad idea. You'd attract all the wrong attention from all the wrong people. London can be very dangerous, so don't at any point stroll out the door with a 'care free' attitude. Be street wise and you'll be fine. Have fun :)

the 1st answer is purely rubbish. it is advantageous to be via your self in London, it is purely like countless significant city, you have purely gotta be conscious and ward off places that look slightly dodgy. i'm from London and you will have not any concern finding a valid taxi. And it is an extremely diverse place, quite some diverse styles of vogue and such.

Leighton you are asking this question every day and that is fine if you want to do it. I think you have big anxiety issues about this forthcoming trip which you really need to address with someone you can talk to like a parent, friend or counsellor
