How to remove this virus?

Question

Yesterday I began receiving several popups that all mention:

"c:&#92;&#92;progra~2&#92;fogayopo&#92;fogayopo.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error"

And, at the top of every window, it will be titled:

"(Program I just tried to open) - Bad Image"

After searching on google, I learned that it is, indeed, a virus, but got very little help removing it.

I did see one website suggest:

"Go to Start > Run > type cmd and then click the "OK" button.
Unregister FOGAYOPO.DLL file, type in the directory path + "regsvr32 /u FOGAYOPO.DLL "and press the "Enter" button. A message will pop up that says you successfully unregistered the file.
Restart your computer,after you power on your computer, repeatedly press the F8 key,choose Safe Mode and presss Enter. Delete FOGAYOPO.DLL . Restart your computer."

But what they are telling me to type into the command prompt doesn't work. I recieve a message that begins "The module FOGAYOPO.DLL failed to load"

Any help, please?

PS: I did a full, thorough AVG scan and it didn't solve the problem.

will  in cmd don't type what the hell they told you to do , and another thing is try use windows security essentials just type  windows security essential in to Google and click on the first one a download it, but if that doesn't work, go to your control panel open it and then you will see some thing saying programs there you can uninstall any program on your computer. in cmd. Open Start>run>cmd. Enter "cd %programfiles%" and press enter. Type "dir /p" without quotes. You will see the list of all your programs now. To delete-uninstall CCleaner type rd /s "CCleaner" and press "Y". This will permanently delete this program so be sure you know this is what you want.You can delete any program using this method just replace the name with what you want to delete.
