Yes they do. Sometimes guys look at girls they know well and only think of them as friends. It is, however, pretty easy for a girl to move through the friend zone to the 'more than friends' zone by showing the guy that she likes him and that he turns her on.

Yes, they do! They're are guys at my school who hang out with girls that are definitely not they're type, I've even heard them make rude comments about the girls' body! They still consider each other friends, even though if he had feelings for her she's go out with him in a heartbeat.
