re- seeded last year?
I slice seeded last fall, now I want to put down step 1, can I use it or do I need to use a "seed friendly" fertilizer? Thanks in Advance

If there is not grass germinating right now, and your grass seed sprouted last fall, the seedlings should be old enough to take an application of pre-emergents.
