if basketball is a team sport?

then why are blake griffin and kevin love the only all stars whos teams aren't in the playoffs?

(not counting yao ming and deron williams for obvious reasons)

    Because its a team sport.....just because they are all-stars does not automatically make them playoff teams. Winning is a team effort

    Because they're good players. It's possible to be a good player on a garbage team. One person can't do all the work, other teammates have to contribute too.
