Meal supplement question?
I am trying to lose weight, I have a lot to lose. I live a pretty busy lifestyle and am always busy doing something and that makes it hard to stop and eat a healthy meal. I am looking for something from GNC or a place like that where I can buy something to take the place of breakfast and or lunch. Either a shake or smoothie but something that will give me everything I need to get me through to dinner. I don't think the popular protein shakes are right for me but I don't know for sure.

Well a really healthy smoothie would include everything for example...
frozen blueberries
flax seed
soy milk
soy yogurt
almonds
1 banana
pomegranite seeds
cinnamon
it is also really good if after you blend the ingredients mix in some brown rice cereal! There are also supplements you can add in such as vitamin c or things like that
