I need to stop smelling bad?
Guys i need your help BADLY. For a few years now ive been trying to get over a bad smell of mine. I cant do anything without it being on my mind (for those of you wondering yes people who smell usually know it and want to fix it but cant. You smell someone in a public face and think they are just walking around without caring? They care and they can hear you. Its just not as simple as taking a shower for some people) I usually just rush through wherever i go and avoid as many public places.
Now i want to be clear i appreciate support but dont really want it and especially not sympathy im not the kind of person who likes that im looking for results. And personally while its bad i dont think i have anything worthy of sympathy there are people who really need it, i just have a issue im dealing with.
Ive been to the doctor but i feel like i know more about smell issues then they do since im always the one telling my DOCTOR what it could be or what is happening with my body. Ive taken medical classes and stuff and ive studied up on my own.
Its been years now ive been treated for fungal infections to jock itch to lots of stuff. Ive never been a great smelling person i think i have a natural smelly body cause i sweat a lot. I sometimes wonder if its a metabolic thing too
So for this i would like a couple things.
1. I sometimes wonder if just my basics of general hygiene is wrong. So i would like clean people to describe ways that you wash your clothes with emphasis on removing those soils in the clothes that lead to bacteria and making it smell fresh ( my clothes never smell fresh out of the washer. And also how often you wash each kind of laundry if you add anything use dryer sheets. ANYTHING And ways to make sure your entire room and house is deodorized and DeSANITIZED. As well as basic simple hygiene things you do for yourself. what you do after a shower, what you should or shouldnt do ANYTHING about hygiene related to smell Simple tricks or anything because really the only person who i learned from is my mom and dad. And my dad is really not hygeine oriented but i decided i want to be as clean as possible
2. If you know of tests or things i should ask my doctor to try. Heres the funny thing they never actually do tests for this. They usually just hand me medications. Im trying to figure out if this kind of stuff is covered by my insurance
Guys please help i want to be able to walk around without watching people cover there nose

Try taking showers daily and scrub the areas where your stink usually comes from, and after you're done showering, try to moisturize yourself with any body cream, like nivea, or any cream with a fruitful smell, and then get in soma CLEAN clothes and shower yourself with men's perfume, unless you're a girl, shower yourself with women's perfume, by that, I mean spray perfume all over yourself, not actually shower with it, LOL. It's really fixable I don't see the problem.

hey there was an episode on a health show called "Mystery Diagnoses" about a poor woman who had B O even tho she was super clean! Turned out to be some rare medical condition...
I can't remember the details, but do go and perhaps Mystery Diagnoses will have an archive of the shows and you can find out about that woman's case.

Well as for clothes use a washer/dryer and a soap such as "Tide", put the washer to warm (depending on the clothing) for like 45 minutes. As for smell try anti perspirant and deodorant, not too much though. Also try Axe body spray, pit pit chest on the outfit your wearing.
