Heaven is where God lives and there will be no pain and it will be perfect there. They will be no sin and people will worship him forever.

    Revelation 21:1-5

1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. 2 I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4 He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”

5 He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”

Heaven is similar to earth. One thing different is heaven does not have any evil, temptation, or negative things.

    Colossians 1:15-16

15 The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.

um... i've gone to a catholic school and heaven isn't exactly a place. Heaven is the time being of which your soul has gone to after death. You don't walk around saying hi to all other people that died, you don't see God. But then again, no one has came back from the dead to tell us what heaven was like so no one is really sure.

Heaven is where God seems to dwell.

From what I can gather, it is a parallel reality from which God runs the universe we inhabit.

Also from what I can gather, only 1 human has been and will ever go to heaven, and that is Jesus.

The rest of us were simply not made to be in that realm.

Very simple, heaven is with God, Good, positive place and things.

Hell is the opposite, bad selfish people. Eternity without God.

And no Christian can even venture a guess as to what it's like per the words of Paul himself.

"Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,...."
