OK, for example.

In an agility test I got 16 seconds first time and the second trial I got 15 seconds.

How do I find out the percentage difference between these?

10 points to the correct way of doing it.

Thanks

Update:

So, how do you think i would be best to explain it? would it be an increase in speed, or a decrease in time?

    % increases = (initial value - final value)/initial value

    Thus, % increase = (16-15)/16 = 1/16 = .0625 = 6.25%

    16/15= 1.06667 or 106.667%

    So that a 6.667% difference.
