I have combination & highly sensitive skin- What skincare regime would you recommend?
I'm 27, have very sensitive skin that is also dry on my forehead and cheeks, while my T zone tends to get oily & has some blackheads.
No one's ever really explained to me what I should do or what products I should purchase to help even out my skin & get it into better condition.
I did have facials for a while, but the company ended up going out of business in my area & the facialist never gave me her contact information to continue. She liked Dermologica products, though.
I'm looking for higher end skincare products & don't want things with pthalates or a lot of chemicals..
The dry skin can get very dry but the oily parts aren't too oily.
Any help is appreciated. :)
The skin on the rest of my body is quite dry as well. Any info on good, moisturizing soaps/bodywashes & quality skin moisturizers would be appreciated.

the products that i just discovered and highly recommend would be kate sommerville.
she has a number of gentle products designed specifically for sensitive skin. she has a sensitive face wash and exfoliant. the exfoliant is really what kate is famous for, its a combination of enzymes and a little bit of manual exfoliants. and she also has some good moisturizers that can help prevent early signs of aging that are included in nearly all of her moisturizers.
you said you want high end and this is pretty high end. probably in the upper mid section of the spectrum when compared to some products that cost hundreds of dollars.
go to sephora.com and look up the products. sephora has a return policy that allows you to return anything for pretty much any reason.
the products are gentle face wash, gentle exfolikate, and nourish daily moisturizer,
oh and all the products i believe are natural. on sephora.com under the about section it shows everything the product is made without and a full list of ingredients.
