is sony losing money on network problems?

i was just wondering if sony is actually losing money on the network problems they been having for the past 2 days.they got to be in my opinion?

    No. People will still buy PS3's and will still buy games. The network being down didnt stop me from buying Mortal Kombat this week, and wont stop me from buying Portal 2 next week. Or L.A. Noire next month. Or inFAMOUS 2 in June. Or any other game this year.

    The only thing they're losing out on is anything that would have been purchased from the PSN Store... and the majority of those purchases will just be made when the system is up again. The only real loss might be movie rentals - people may have gone out to see a movie or used another on-demand service to watch something.
