my sweety, my x came in my dream again, he was suffering from pain, please interpret this......?

my sweeto, he was on my bed in my dream, his hands were cut off for some reason...and were bleeding...and my parents were around me and I was with him laying on the bed with my head on his chest and talking to him saying he will be alright and there is nothing to worry about and that we will somehow get him new hands and that I'll always be with him, so he should stop panicking...and he asked me to do something and I do that right away and my father comes in all of a sudden and he tells my father asks us to stop messing around and he abuses me...but he really doesn't mean anything from his heart...because he is angry that he lost his hands and he is in a lot of pain that he was letting out all those words...and then...I am with him and my father goes away into the kitchen...and am still with him and am looking at his cute face (I had my leg on his leg, but wasn't really bothering him),,,,does it represent an aspect of me as per dream interpretation...what does missing hands signify ? that I am helpless and in a situation where I am trying to overcome a certain situation ? please please interpret this for me please..
