if there is no water in oil then head gasket is fine. have you checked the thermostat?

The thermostat might be sticking and not opening all the way. This device is normally either inline on one of the hoses or in a housing on the engine where the coolant comes from engine to radiator.
Although knowing the French it could be anywhere in the cooling system. The thermostats are designed for 80-95 degrees celsius but if it sticks and does not open 100% then the temp can go higher. These are not expensive and if easy to get to you can check it by removing, placing in a pot on the stove and using a thermometer, watch for when it opens (spring compresses). Check the temp, if over rating then replace. Remember to replace the gasket when reinstalling or replacing the thermostat.
Radiator fan might be a problem as well if it isn't working properly. Normally the thermal sensor is a problem but otherwise dirt and lack of lubrication can also cause problems or motor failure. If the fan does not come on at proper temp then a little higher temp in traffic quite possible.
Have fun.

Your thermostat may well be undesirable- if it somewhat is not beginning to permit the coolant to flow, your engine will overheat. they're inexpensive- many times approximately $10, and many times exceedingly elementary to alter collectively as doing a coolant substitute.

If your radiatior fan is not properly blowing air effenctly or your radiator cap is not sealing you will slightly overheat as idle and at full throttle.
