Ab workouts every day?
I never had much of a six pack but ive been doing ab exercises every other day for a month or two now but there hasn't been much of a change in how they look so i'm starting to think that i should be working on them every day so that they stick out more and theres a greater effect. Is that a good idea or no?
what kind of diet would you recommend?

Do not work them everyday, just like every other muscle in your body they need to rest. I would only do them 3 days a week. Abs are made in the kitchen, the general rule is 30% gym and 70% kitchen. If you are not seeing results take a look at your diet.

Every other day is good. You might want to do them longer... At least two hours. Eat right.
