E*Trade Pro App Eligibility Question?

I'm thinking about moving my funds from Schwab to E*Trade because they have better trading tools for desktop and mobile platforms. My question is: Since my account is custodial because I'm under 18, will my account be eligible to download the desktop application and trade from their mobile apps?

    Personal opinion:

    It's a shame that you are moving from one the very best out there to one of the worst.

    Just because they offer an app.
