Will i get fired for this?
yesterday at my job a lady was being rude to me so when i went to get the manager, i went on a rant about the lady in the office while the door was open. It just so happens that her husband was standing there and he went to tell her everything i said. she then demanded that she gets the corporate office number and my name.
will i most likely be getting fired? Do you really think that she would call? PLEASE HELP!!

You have learned a valuable lesson about how to act on a job when you deal with customers. If you get fired you will understand why.
If the person was being unreasonable your boss will know that and take it into account. But NEVER lose your cool with a customer. Just be polite, keep your mouth shut and let the manager handle it. You errored in running your mouth while the customer was still there.

If I was in charge i'd be issuing an apology to the customer and give you a warning quietly behind the scenes. Having said that your bosses might not be as lenient as I am. It sounds like a sh1tty job anyway so who cares - move on. Try to remember the customer is always right until you're out of earshot lol.

What a brat! You should have flipped her off... Any way, I wouldn't worry about it. And just in case, quite. Find a Job you love. Do something you've always wanted. Don't let one job and one girl ruin what you have. Good luck! :D
