If you are stressed from the plane does it wash your sugar away?
I just got off the plane 3 days ago and i'm really stressed out and i was wondering does it wash your sugar away? Also i can't sleep is there any way i can like get better?

NO. Your body can make blood sugar out of almost anything and the more you are stressed the more sugar it can make. If your symptoms have been around for more than two weeks you need to see a physician. Things that the body can't make when under stress are called vitamins. Things you need to eat are called nutrients. Sugar is a nutrient and only the most severe forms of starvation are causes of low blood sugar.

any sort of stress can raise your glucose levels! but doesn't wash it away.
In a few days you will be over your jet lag and will be able to sleep at night.
Just try to relax and close your eyes. Think of a happy place and concentrate on it. That helps me to relax, then I usually sleep.
