Have you ever heard of scar tissue on the lungs becoming cancer?
Is scar tissue possible or unlikely to turn to or be cancer? Also -Would you have to have symptoms to have lung cancer?

I have heard of "scar tissue" being initially misinterpreted and later being found out to be cancer tissue. As long as the scarring stays the same from x-ray to x-ray then there is likely nothing to worry about.Best wishes
